Business Transformation Associate

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with key stakeholders across the business to identify efficiency gaps, uncover improvement opportunities, and develop actionable plans that drive meaningful change Contribute to the design, developmentand execution of digital solutions and AI/automation projects aimed at improving business performance Support change management activities, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and technologies Assist in project governance, including tracking milestones, managing risks, and preparing progress reports for leadership Desired Skills and Experience: Completed degree in Business, Commerce, Finance or STEM with excellent grades; Experience or a strong interest in developing automation and digital solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, particularly Power Automate, Copilot Agents and Power Apps; Experience in business analysis or consulting, through work experience, or university case competition; Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders; A passion for driving change and improving business processes; A curious and growth-oriented mindset, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges The role can be based in either Sydney or Brisbane.
