Medical Assistant Full-Time | $20/hour | Monday-Thursday 8:00 AM-5:30 PM, Friday 8:00 AM-12:00 PM Location: Omaha, NE 68114 About Midwest Pain Clinics Midwest Pain Clinics (MPC) is a leading pain management practice serving Omaha and the surrounding region. Our multidisciplinary team provides compassionate, patient-focused care using advanced treatments including radiofrequency ablation, neurostimulation, ketamine therapy, and genicular artery embolization.

You will help ensure patients receive efficient, compassionate care throughout their visit while supporting providers with examinations and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and check in patients, answer phones, and schedule appointments Obtain and document patient histories, vital signs, test results, and other medical information Prepare examination and treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies Assist providers with examinations, procedures, medications, and patient care Assist with patient transfers before and after procedures Schedule follow-up appointments and help manage the patient waitlist Maintain accurate patient records and protect patient confidentiality Follow HIPAA, OSHA, and other healthcare safety and compliance standards Provide compassionate support to patients and families Complete required training and other duties as assigned Qualifications Required High school diploma or GED At least 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting Medical Assistant certification, if required Knowledge of medical terminology and basic healthcare/clerical procedures Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Ability to maintain patient confidentiality Proficiency with Microsoft Office or related software Benefits Health, Dental & Vision Insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) Short- & Long-Term Disability Life & AD&D Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Company-Paid Holidays 401(k) Retirement Plan Wellness Tools Bonusly Employee Recognition & Rewards Daily.
