Front Desk Agent

Job Summary

Fairfield Inn & Suites is urgently hiring a friendly, professional Front Desk Agent to join our busy hotel team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will deliver welcoming, efficient service while supporting smooth check-ins and check-outs. You’ll help manage reservations, answer questions, and resolve guest needs with care and professionalism. If you enjoy hospitality, teamwork, and a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you.

Pay: $16 - $16 per hour

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required; 1+ year of customer service experience preferred; Comfortable using hotel reservation software and related computer systems; Ability to understand and follow directions accurately and efficiently; Ability to interact professionally with internal and external customers, using patience, tact, and diplomacy to de-escalate concerns and resolve issues; Ability to collect accurate information and handle routine problem-solving at the front desk; Able to stand for long periods during shifts; Available to work weekends
