Compensation Analyst

Assists in the analysis, design and administration of the Sheppard Pratt compensation programs. Evaluates jobs, determines pay grades, participates in compensation surveys, and performs employee pay analyses. Ensures requests for pay adjustments comply with Sheppard Pratt’s compensation policies, processes and practices.

Provides consultation to recruiters and program managers for pay rates and pay equity review; serves as the in-house compensation expert for all levels of the organization. Maintains compensation components of the HRIS, as assigned, and develops reports as requested.
