School Nurse - PRN

Schedule: PRN, Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm | Job Location Type: In Person This PRN School Nurse position will split time between our Sheppard Pratt School locations in Rockville, Gaithersburg, and Lanham. What to expect. You will promote the health and well-being of our students, ensuring they have access to quality medical care and support through their educational journey.

You will provide comprehensive nursing care to students with various medical needs , including but not limited to medication, administration wound care, and first aid. Specific responsibilities include: Coordinating with caregivers to provide medical treatment as indicated by student’s health needs and history. Supporting the school psychiatrist in medication management .

99 minimum to $47.88 maximum . Pay for this position is determined on a number of factors, including but not limited to, years and level of related experience. What we need from you. An associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing. Possession of a valid license to practice nursing in the State of Maryland: Registered Nurse (RN) license 1 year of working experience in a school setting preferred.
