ABOUT THIS RESIDENTIAL MAINTENANCE TECH ROLE

Your day begins by reviewing resident work orders and prioritizing tasks based on urgency, ensuring each request is handled promptly and professionally. As you move throughout the property, you'll complete repairs, tackle maintenance projects, prepare recently vacated apartments for new residents, and keep both buildings operating smoothly from the inside out. Whether you're touching up paint, repairing drywall, addressing a plumbing issue, maintaining curb appeal, or helping prevent future maintenance concerns, you'll play a critical role in preserving the quality of the community. Through every task, you'll help create a clean, attractive, and comfortable place that residents are proud to call home.

This is a part-time position overseeing maintenance operations for two small residential buildings in Elsie, MI. The role offers flexibility while providing the opportunity to maintain consistency, ownership, and responsibility across both properties.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN RESIDENTIAL MAINTENANCE TECH

Our company is searching for someone that is self-motivated, reliable professional who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in maintaining a welcoming environment for residents. You might be perfect for this position if you can also meet the following qualifications:

• Prior experience with painting
• Prior experience with groundskeeping
• Experience with light HVAC repairs
• Experience with basic plumbing
• Experience with basic electrical work
• Experience with drywall repair
• Excellent communication skills
• Trustworthy and able to work independently
