What You'll Do

Travel to customer and on-site locations to perform scheduled maintenance, repairs, and warranty recall services. Perform work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy in line with Lithia and manufacturer standards Diagnose causes of malfunctions and perform authorized repairs on-site Be knowledgeable and skilled in performing all available warranty recalls remotely.

Occasionally service multiple vehicles in one location and coordinate with external dealers/facilities to streamline repairs. Complete all work according to applicable safety requirements Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work Accurately record time spent on repairs using company time clocking procedures Document work performed and test procedures/results using mobile service software Maintain a clean and organized mobile service vehicle and inventory of tools Ensure customer vehicles are returned as clean as they were prior to service Other duties as assigned What You'll Bring Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Ability to perform repairs in one or more of the following areas: Lube and Maintenance Services Engine Repair Suspension/Steering Repair Brake Repair Electrical/Electrical Systems Repair Heating and A/C Repair Engine Drivability Diagnosis and Repair Certification/Training: Manufacturer certified in all areas listed above.

ASE certifications preferred (minimum of 3 recommended; ASE Master Technician ideal but not required). Customer Pay Proficiency Level: Greater than 100% Customer Pay Repairs Automotive Technical Knowledge – Three years’ experience preferred.
