The Millwright plays a vital role in maintaining and repairing plant equipment in a heavy industrial environment. This position supports safe and efficient operations by performing mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and completing preventive, routine, and breakdown maintenance. The role requires hands-on technical skills, the ability to read blueprints, operate tools and mobile equipment, and work safely under demanding conditions and rotating shift schedules.
