Driver Supervisor / Trainer

Supervise a small highly experienced team of drivers Deliver practical training for new and existing drivers across Select Elgas Conduct competency assessments across bulk tanker and cylinder operations and coach and mentor drivers to strengthen capability champion safe driving practices and coach driver events Conduct in-cab observations, route assessments and field safety audits Deliver Dangerous Goods awareness, defensive driving and vehicle risk management training You will support driver competency reassessments and ongoing development is part of your role Undertake to toolbox talks is part of your role Support transport safety, compliance and continuous improvement initiatives Maintain driver inductions across a number of key customer portals
