As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, your role involves accurately estimating project quantities, preparing reports and finalize claims. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, apply technical expertise in executing the job. Prepare detailed project cost estimates and knowledge of budgets. Effectively manage and administer construction contracts including the preparation of the contractual correspondences.

Apply value engineering principles to optimize costs. Implement strategies for cost control and monitor expenses. Identify and manage potential risks in construction projects. Utilize modern software for efficient cost estimation. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide detailed reports. Implement quality assurance processes in quantity surveying.

Conduct life cycle cost analyses. Review and finalize claims and variations. Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying/Civil Engineering.
