Laural Parke is recruiting for a hospitality focused Floor Tech to join our team!

Starting Pay: 15/hr Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of a Floor Tech: Maintain all floors of common areas, to include carpet, ceramic tile and vicinity. Strip wax from floors. Buff floors. Maintain floor equipment. Assist supervisor with inventory and ordering of supplies. Clean all trash rooms. Assist housekeepers with annual cleanings.

Notify supervisor of any and all repairs that may be needed, concerning floors and equipment. Maintain a clean and safe work and storage area. Dispose of debris and defective materials. Supports creating a culture where the business decisions made in this position, along with individual employee engagement, drive top-line revenue and occupancy.

Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have: The ability to speak, read and comprehend the English language Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
