We'll provide the training, support your development and help you achieve your career goals The Role As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you'll help create memorable experiences for our guests across our restaurants, hotel and spa You'll be: Welcoming and looking after guests with warmth and professionalism Delivering friendly, attentive food and beverage service Working across our restaurants, Bars & Lounges Preparing and maintaining front and back of house areas Confidently running a section during breakfast, lunch or dinner in our restaurants or looking after our guests in our bars or lounges Answering guest questions in a friendly and knowledgeable way Completing training and refresher sessions to develop your skills Helping maintain the high standards Ardencote is known for About You You'll need: Have previous hospitality or food & beverage experience Have knowledge of food hygiene and quality standards Have confidence working in a busy, fast-paced environment Have great communication and people skills Have a positive attitude and passion for outstanding guest service Even better if you have: Have experience in high-volume service Have food Safety training or a relevant qualification Additional Information Full-time, part-time & Zero hour positions available £12.71 per hour Typically, 1–5 days per week Shifts covering daytime and evening Hours can range from 0 to 37.5 hours per week Full flexibility is important, including availability for breakfast shifts starting from 6am What We Offer Complimentary Spa Day on work anniversaries at any of our company spas Complimentary use of leisure and spa facilities Access to the Employee Assistance Program 30% discount on overnight stays and spa days Discounts on food, drink and retail across our venues Pension scheme Free Parking Refer-a-Friend scheme Excellent Induction and training programme Perkbox Online benefits and discounts On-line Doctor support (appointments/prescriptions) A fun, supportive and inclusive work environment with loads of development opportunities Right to Work Applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK at the time of application.
