Leisure Assistant Ardencote Manor | Hiddenwell Luxury Wellness Retreat Full Time & Part Time | Permanent £13.00 per hour Estimated Start Date: 29 December 2026 The Opportunity Are you passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and creating a safe, welcoming and relaxing environment? We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Leisure Assistant to join our Spa Leisure Team This is an exciting and varied role where no two days are the same!

From ensuring our spa facilities are maintained to the highest standards, to leading exciting guest activities such as archery, axe throwing and sauna rituals, you'll play an important part in creating memorable experiences for our guests What You'll Be Doing Providing a warm welcome and delivering exceptional customer service to all our guests.

Ensuring our spa, poolside, thermal facilities, gym and changing areas are clean, safe and beautifully presented Leading and supporting guest activities, including archery, axe throwing and sauna rituals Monitoring poolside safety and ensuring guests enjoy our facilities safely Carrying out regular pool water testing, plant room checks and backwashing procedures Completing routine safety checks and maintaining accurate records Responding professionally to guest enquiries, feedback and concerns Working closely with the wider Leisure Team to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our spa facilities What We're Looking For A friendly, positive and approachable personality with a passion for hospitality and wellbeing Excellent communication and customer service skills Confidence in engaging with guests and leading activities A proactive attitude with great attention to detail An excellent commitment to health, safety and cleanliness The ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations A reliable team player who is happy to get involved and support colleagues Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends, evenings and bank holidays Previous experience in a leisure, spa or hospitality environment would be an advantage, along with first aid or pool rescue qualifications.
