Established on June 23, 2006, Tata Auto. Comp Hendrickson Suspensions Private Limited (THSL) represents a 50:50 joint venture between Tata Auto. Comp Systems and Hendrickson International. This collaboration combines global expertise with local market insights to deliver innovative heavy duty suspension solutions for medium and heavy commercial vehicles in India, addressing the unique demands of the Indian automotive sector.

Utilizing Hendrickson International’s globally validated designs, THSL integrates these technologies with localized adaptations to meet the distinct operational requirements of Indian road and off-road conditions.

Each solution is meticulously engineered to align with customer-specific duty cycles, ensuring optimal durability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

Operate forging presses, upsetter, or other forging equipment. Set up machines as per job specifications and production plans. Monitor machine parameters such as temperature, pressure, and stroke. ⁠Check dimensions, shape, and surface quality of forged parts. Perform visual inspections for cracks, laps, underfills, and other defects.

⁠Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements. ⁠Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S). ⁠Meet production targets and cycle time requirements. ⁠Record production data and inspection results.
