• We're looking for an experienced and motivating coach to lead "Senior Fit", a popular specialized class for older adults who love to move, lift and be challenged. This class focuses on strength, posture, balance and functional movements. The group is filled with energetic participants who show up ready to work hard, and don't want to be treated as fragile. Ideal candidates will understand how to program safely for active adults while delivering a challenging, and empowering experience as well as providing modifications for those in need.
