1 st , 2 nd and 3 rd shift Rotation schedule every other weekend RESPONSIBILITIES Provide training and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities in the areas of hygiene, eating, toileting, and community involvement. Responsible for working with individuals who may exhibit challenging behaviors in a group home setting.

Monitor health needs and provide transportation for individuals. Maintain facility cleanliness and prepare meals. Complete documentation in accordance with all applicable standards. Schedule includes working holidays, weekends and during inclement weather.

REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or equivalent M2: Valid drivers license Fingerprints, State and FBI criminal record reports, drug test, and central registry (CANIS) report will be required upon request.
