The group advises major defense, aerospace, and technology clients on cutting-edge matters at the intersection of law, policy, and national security.

Role Summary

This associate will work on litigation, investigations, export controls, cybersecurity, and transactional matters involving government contractors. The group handles bid protests, OTAs, CRADAs, TIAs, and high-stakes audits and enforcement actions. Candidate Profile 3–6 years of experience in government contracts or national security law Strong writing, analytical, and research skills Judicial clerkship or academic background in government contracts preferred Licensed or eligible to practice in Washington, DC Why This Role This team operates at the center of federal policy, innovation, and enforcement.

Attorneys gain exposure to significant matters shaping national security law and the defense sector, within one of the most respected Am. Law 100 platforms.
