Technical Solutions Technician

Receive inbound freight from customers. Perform receipt, unpacking, decontamination and booking in of returned equipment. Perform in-house and some on-site routine services including Pre-Delivery Inspection, Preventative Maintenance and Corrective Maintenance to ensure proper operation of devices. Perform complaints investigation following established procedures as required.

Complete all planned Technical, Quality and Compliance training within the defined deadlines. Provide customer support by telephone or email. Coordinate and process shipping and receiving requests for used devices and spare parts. Monitor all service requests through completion to ensure that the customer receives service in an expeditious manner.

Escalate risks if issues arise that delay timely service to the customer. Maintain effective storekeeping procedures, records, transactional data and prepare reports. Support the sales, the marketing, the logistics and the quality department with technical issues.
