Knowledge of Signavio is an important advantage. Mobility: Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time during the transition phase to support cross-site alignment and training. Language: Fluency in French and English is mandatory, given the site location and international coordination. Leadership Potential: While you may not be a manager yet, you possess the emotional intelligence and organizational skills to lead a service delivery team.
What We Offer
A rare opportunity to secure a department head position through a structured, multi-year transition plan. Stability: A long-term commitment in a vital industrial sector.
