The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing and executing successful digital marketing strategies that deliver measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

Designs the overall performance strategy (paid media, lead generation, SEO) Monitors and evaluates key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzes data and delivers actionable insights to support decision-making Manages budget allocation across channels and business units Leads and evaluates external partners (performance agencies, SEO, web development) Analyzes performance data and identifies optimization opportunities for continuous improvement Develops reports and presents results to key stakeholders Collaborates with business unit marketing teams to ensure alignment with commercial objectives Contributes to improving lead quality and lead management processes Participates in the design and optimization of websites and digital channels, with a focus on conversion Defines UX, funnels and lead generation requirements for new and existing digital assets Monitors website performance and recommends data-driven improvements Requirements: BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MSc degree preferred) 5+ years of experience in performance or digital marketing, preferably within a multi-brand or complex organizational environment Strong understanding of paid media channels (e.
