Guest Room Attendant

Department: TUL Housekeeping Property: River Spirit Casino Resort Location: Tulsa, OK, US, 74137 Full-Time/Part-Time: Full Time Summary: Ensure all assigned areas are cleaned according to MNGE standards.

Responsibilities

1. Follows job tasks as assigned by Housekeeping Floor Supervisor.
2. Responds to and or notifies Floor Supervisor of all guest requests or complaints.
3. Replenish all supplies in guest rooms.
4. Clean areas assigned using approved methods/procedures, materials, equipment and supplies.
5. Operate housekeeping equipment such as vacuums, steamers etc.
6. Work safely and efficiently, utilizing safety equipment, techniques and products.
7. Maintain assigned equipment is a clean, orderly and safe condition.
8. Cross train as necessary and when assigned by supervisors or management.
9. Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
10. Utilize phone, radios and or other methods such as ipad or computer tablets.
11. Other duties as assigned. #ind1 EDUCATION HS Diploma; and/or combination of education & experience preferred. EXPERIENCE Previous experience in a Hotel Housekeeping or Janitorial service position preferred but not required. Possess a friendly and out-going personality, enjoy working closely with others and willing to provide a positive experience to hotel’s guest.
