Maintenance

Health Center Inc. is an established health services organization based in New York City with ambulatory care facilities staffed with a wide range of health professionals to provide extensive medical and diagnostic services. We are looking for a maintenance worker for our Brooklyn location. Responsibilties

• To ensure facility remains safe, functional, and well-maintained
• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, inspections, and preventative maintenance on building systems, equipment, and common areas
• Identify maintenance issues and report or escalate repairs when necessary
• Respond to urgent maintenance issues as needed Qualifications
• One year of experience for maintenance of facilities/building operations required
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general building repairs
• Ability to perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections
• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment
• Lift, carry, bend, climb, stand, and walk for extended periods of time Compensation and Benefits
