Manage an average daily volume of 67 patients in a 13-bed ED. Supervise and collaborate with APPs providing 20 hours of coverage per day. Perform emergency procedures including trauma resuscitation, intubation, and other critical care interventions. Coordinate transfers for complex pediatric cases to higher-level facilities such as Corpus Christi or San Antonio.
