Project Manager

The Project Manager leads Product Development projects with a focus on hardware development, test, procurement, manufacturing, and quality assurance for new or improved products within HME’s Clear-Com division. The Project Manager will lead multi-functional and cross-departmental development teams to reach project goals while supporting best project management practices.

This includes building out the templates, tools and dashboards to support product development from feasibility study to production release, following the New Product Development (NPD) process. The Project Manager is responsible for completing projects within time, cost and performance constraints that are acceptable to internal and external customers.

During execution, they identify and resolve project team issues early.
