Benefits Coordinator

In this role, you will be responsible for administering company benefit programs including health, dental, vision, retirement, and wellness initiatives. This role supports employees by providing benefit education, answering benefits-related questions, and helping employees navigate available resources.

The coordinator also contributes to a positive workplace culture by organizing company events. Additionally, this position serves as a backup receptionist, assisting with front-desk duties such as greeting visitors and answering phones.
