Aquatic Specialist FT- Dover YMCA Family Location

Under the guidance of the Director of Aquatics, the Aquatic Specialist- Aquatics Programming is responsible for all frontline Aquatics up to and including: teach swim lessons (group or private), support swim team, lead program trainings and/or employee in-service for the department including administrative support responsibilities.

This individual is responsible for member/guest safety, quality program delivery and assistance around day-to-day operations. Shift: Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
