Janel Group is seeking a Station Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of one of our terminals.

This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll oversee dispatch, dock operations, drivers, customer service, safety, and performance while serving as the primary leader on-site.

What You'll Do

✅ Lead terminal operations, including dispatch, routing, dock activities, and freight flow ✅ Drive operational excellence by improving efficiency, service levels, and productivity ✅ Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and safety standards ✅ Manage staffing, scheduling, coaching, and team development ✅ Partner with sales teams to support business growth and expansion opportunities ✅ Build a culture of accountability, reliability, teamwork, and operational success What We're Looking For ✔ 5+ years of transportation, logistics, or terminal operations experience ✔ 3+ years of leadership experience ✔ Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and transportation safety requirements ✔ A hands-on leader who isn't afraid to be on the dock and in the operation every day ✔ Strong decision-making, organizational, and problem-solving skills ✔ Flexibility to support a dynamic operation when needed Why Janel Group?
