Home Health RN Clinical Supervisor

As an RN Clinical Supervisor you will partner with the Clinical Director and Branch Director to plan, coordinate, and evaluate patient-centered care.

Time is split between the office and the field, providing clinical guidance to home care field staff and supporting patient care consisting of adults and pediatrics.

Responsibilities

Taking, reviewing, and converting home care referrals Overseeing all client care services Assessing patients, developing plans of care, coordinating services, and managing discharge planning Completing client admissions, pre-admission visits, and recertifications Ensuring compliance with agency policies and local, state, and federal laws and regulations governing Medicare and Medicaid.

Completing required paperwork for insurance reimbursement and F16 clinical record documentation Participating in a rotating on-call schedule for clinical troubleshooting and support after hours Evaluating staff performance and providing feedback Covering company policies, regulations, and patient documentation systems with new hires.

Representing the agency in clinical matters and maintaining professional relationships with clients, families, and referral sources.

Qualifications

& Requirements Current Nevada RN license 2+ years of recent RN experience 1+ year of recent hands-on experience with G-tubes, tracheostomies, ventilators, wound care, and infusions 1+ year of home health experience 1+ year of supervisory experience Strong leadership and communication skills Passion for delivering high-quality, patient-focused care Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred Benefits Direct Deposit Blue Cross / Blue Shield Health Insurance Vision Insurance Dental Insurance Paid Time Off 401K Compensation Compensation ($75K - $85K) is based on experience, credentials, assignments, and availability This position may also be eligible for bonuses, or other incentive compensation, where applicable About Nurse.
