THE OPPORTUNITY We're looking for a friendly, organised and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients and their pets, you'll play an important role in creating a positive clinic experience while supporting our veterinarians and nurses with the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Welcome clients and patients to the clinic Manage appointments and scheduling Answer phones and respond to enquiries Process payments and maintain accurate records Support veterinarians and nurses with administrative tasks Maintain a professional and welcoming reception area Assist with general clinic operations as required WHAT YOU WILL BRING Previous reception, administration or customer service experience Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent organisational and time management abilities Confidence using computers and practice management systems A positive, professional and team-focused attitude Ability to remain calm and organised in a fast-paced environment BONUS POINTS Veterinary experience is highly regarded but not essential.
