Food Production Team Member

Food Production Team Member. We’re looking for dependable, motivated, and hardworking individuals to join our growing production team. In this role, you’ll help prepare, mix, bake, and package our products while keeping our production area clean, organized, and running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Accurately weigh and measure ingredients to ensure consistent, high-quality products. Mix and prepare products by following established recipes and procedures. Operate and monitor mixing and portioning equipment. Safely load and unload ovens while keeping production moving efficiently. Package finished products according to company quality standards.

Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Work closely with your teammates to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

A dependable, hardworking team player with a positive attitude. Previous kitchen, bakery, or food production experience is preferred. Basic knowledge of mixing and portioning equipment is a plus. Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality products. Ability to stay focused, organized, and productive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Willingness to learn, follow procedures, and support the team wherever needed. Schedule & Pay: Days: Monday–Friday — Weekends OFF! Hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM.
