Requirements

Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, utensils, trays, and kitchen equipment. Operate commercial dishwashing equipment safely and efficiently. Keep dishwashing and kitchen areas clean, organized, and sanitary. Assist with cleaning kitchen surfaces, floors, and equipment. Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
