Schedule : AM 6:30am-9:15am PM 3:30pm-6pm Location- Florence Bowser ELEMENTARY SCHOOL Pay & Benefits: $18.00/hour Part-time benefits including health and paid time off Employee referral program - up to $150 for every successful new hire you refer Deep discounts on program tuition for dependents (Bring your school-age child to work for $10/week) Fun and friendships come with the paycheck As an AlphaBEST Captain , you'll be trained to do the following: Lead a fun and dedicated team of Guides that deliver excitement to our student Explorers in fitness, the arts, technology, and more!

Work collaboratively with peers and the Leadership Team to manage all aspects of the program site. Train AlphaBEST Guides on how to lead adventurous tasks that ignite children's sense of wonder. Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by establishing clubs that build on students' interests and talents. Provide a caring, family-oriented environment where positive staff, child, parent, and school relationships are fostered at your program site.

Here's what you'll need: BA degree in a child related field such as elementary education, nursing or recreation. Or 48 semester hours or 72 quarter hours of college credit from a college or university of which 12 semester hours are in a child related subject and one year programming experience1 year childcare experience and 1 year supervisor experience with 48 semester education credits.
