AlphaBEST Education provides extended-day, summer, and enrichment programs designed to inspire and engage students as they discover and learn beyond the school day in a fun, safe environment. As an AlphaBEST Customer Care Specialist, you'll talk with the families of current students to answer questions about our programs and guide them to the appropriate resources to enroll their child or children. You will also work within the student management system to help resolve billing-related questions. We are looking for a passionate customer service professional who can: Deliver an exceptional customer service experience with every phone call and interaction Resolve customer concerns when questions or concerns arise regarding programs, registrations, our student management system, accounts, and billing.
