Titan Collaborate with installation teams to identify and resolve recurring issues Deliver an exceptional customer experience while representing the Radiant brand Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with company and manufacturer guidelines What You Need: 3+ years of diagnosing and troubleshooting residential HVAC equipment Experience with warranty service and post-installation repairs preferred Experience with variable speed units and communicating systems Experience replacing parts such as contactors, capacitors, motors, boards, and sensors Ability to recover, charge, and handle refrigerant safely EPA Certification and TDLR License Valid driver's license with no major violations within the last 3 years Ability to use an iPad and Service.
