Assistant Maintenance Manager

Salary range: $28.00 - $34.00 per hour, plus potential bonus. Holland is seeking a skilled, service-oriented maintenance professional to join our growing maintenance team at our lease-up community, The Daphne, in Los Angeles, California. The following functions are typically that of an Assistant Maintenance Manager, however should the Assistant Maintenance Manager need assistance with any of the below functions, Maintenance Technicians or the Maintenance Manager should provide support.

In the event that the property does not require employing other Maintenance support staff (due to the size of the property or proven property activity) the Assistant Maintenance Manager will be solely responsible for these functions.
