Job Description – Telesales Executive (WFH) Company: AM2PM SUPPORT PVT LTD Position: Sales Executive – OPD Conversion Process Job Type: Work From Home (WFH) Salary: Up to ₹18,000 Fixed + Attractive Incentives Experience Required: Minimum 6 months in Sales / Tele calling / Customer Support / Healthcare Process preferred About the Role We are looking for a compassionate and result-oriented Sales Executive who can effectively communicate with patients and guide them through the OPD consultation and treatment journey.
The role involves interacting with cancer patients and their families, understanding their concerns with empathy, and converting inquiries into successful OPD appointments and consultations. This role requires a strong balance of emotional intelligence and sales ability. The ideal candidate should be patient, persuasive, empathetic, and confident in handling sensitive conversations Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound patient calls professionally.
Guide and counsel patients regarding OPD consultations and treatment processes. Build trust and maintain a supportive conversation with cancer patients and their attendants. Convert patient inquiries into successful OPD bookings/conversions. Understand patient concerns and provide accurate information with empathy. Follow up with leads and maintain proper communication records.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth patient experience. Achieve daily and monthly conversion targets while maintaining quality interactions.
Requirements
Required Skills Excellent communication and convincing skills. Strong empathy and emotional intelligence while dealing with patients. Ability to handle sensitive conversations calmly and professionally. Good listening and relationship-building abilities. Sales-oriented mindset with patient-centric approach. Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to work remotely.
