Building Operator, Level 3

The Building Operator, Level 3, is a junior level building operator responsible for operational and technical support in an office building, or portfolio of buildings in Edmonton. This individual is responsible for installation, repair and maintenance of climate control and other mechanical systems within the complex.

The primary objective of the Building Operator, Level 3, is to ensure that the assigned building or complex of buildings is managed and maintained in a safe and environmentally responsible manner and to the highest level of operational efficiency.
