CDL-A North East Regional - No Touch

Old Drum Freight Systems is recruiting CDL-A company drivers for a carrier running Northeast / Regional North dry-van fleets. These are all company driver positions, running dry van freight with 100% no-touch and roughly 85% drop and hook. Regional North / Northeast lanes with consistent weekly home time (weekends or set 48-hour blocks depending on fleet).

Running area focused on the Northeast and eastern half of the US, with dedicated lanes where available. IF within 50 miles of terminal, take the truck with you. Pay and earnings Competitive starting CPM by fleet, typically in the high?60s to mid?70s cents per mile range, paid on all miles. Extra pay on complete loads under 400 miles (customer-to-customer, not split loads).

Quarterly CSA Safety Bonus and On-Road Safety Bonus for clean performance, plus a paid day off. Anniversary bonus for every year with the company AND a strong referral program. Raises tied to safe paid miles on regional lanes. Equipment and freight Late-model Freightliner Cascadia tractors, with bunk heat, dual air-ride seats, and governed speed.

53' Wabash and Great Dane dry-van trailers, with tracking. Outward facing cameras and a strict cell phone policy.

Recent tractor-trailer / OTR or regional experience with documented winter and night driving. Verifiable employment and driving history (logs and company/W2 records). Must meet Carrier safety standards: no drug test refusal or failure, no DWI or open container in a commercial vehicle, and tight limits on recent moving violations, serious violations, accidents, suspensions, terminations, and employment gaps.

Reasonable work stability (limited job hopping in the last year). Hazmat endorsement is optional; drivers with hazmat may qualify for higher pay and bonuses.
