Regional Manager (SPX)

Drive operational excellence across our key regional hubs nationwide, including Bangkok & Greater Bangkok, North, South, and Northeast regions. We are looking for a mobile leader capable of managing multi-site throughput and ensuring 100% volume completion across locations such as: Operational Leadership: Oversee daily sorting flows and team performances to consistently hit throughput KPIs.

Workflow Optimization: Modernize SOPs and resolve bottlenecks in manual sorting systems to eliminate stuck parcels, reduce time, and increase work efficiency. People & Resource Planning: Lead, mentor, and align labor requirements for Area Managers and large-scale frontline teams to handle peak surges. Provide guidance and workaround if applicable.

Continuous Improvement: Identify problems and find solutions for reporting to Management. Cross-Functional Synergy: Partner with First/Last Mile, Linehaul, HSE, and related stakeholders to ensure seamless logistics transitions. Manage ad-hoc projects or special assignments as needed.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Express, logistics, warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within a Sorting Center, Warehouse fulfillment, or high-volume distribution hub.

Flexibility: Ability to work in flexible working time, including night shifts and weekends, to support 24/7 operations. Strong business sense and able to improve the team through a clear business view. Strong analytical skills and able to make judgement based on logical reasons. Essential cross-functional working skills with strong analytical thinking, initiative and results-driven.

Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills. Able to communicate clearly and concisely. Committed, result oriented, willing to go extra miles for goal achievement. Like challenging goals and fun environment Can do attitude, ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
