Primary Care Physician

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Primary Care Physician to join a well-established outpatient practice in San Antonio, Texas . The physician will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages in a supportive, team-oriented environment. This is a full-time position with a strong emphasis on continuity of care, patient education, and preventive medicine.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality primary and preventive care to patients of all ages Diagnose and manage chronic and acute medical conditions Conduct annual exams, wellness visits, and follow-up care Educate patients on disease prevention, lifestyle modification, and health maintenance Collaborate with nursing and support staff to ensure efficient, coordinated care Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with state and federal guidelines Qualifications Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or General Practice (GP) Active Texas medical license (or ability to obtain prior to start) Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary with productivity incentives Full benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and malpractice coverage Paid time off, CME allowance, and retirement plan options Monday–Friday outpatient schedule (no hospital call) Supportive environment with opportunities for professional growth
