Maintenance Technician II (High-rise)

Salary range: $25.00 - $29.00 per hour, plus potential bonus. Signing bonus! Holland is seeking a skilled, motivated, team player to join our maintenance team at our high-rise community, The Ayer, in Seattle, Washington. The Maintenance Technician II is responsible for performing highly diversified duties to ensure all physical aspects of the property are maintained to meet company set standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety and overall functionality.
