Welder / Fitter – Overhead Crane Fabrication Location: Ashland, VA Job Type: Contract-to-Hire Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM, with Saturdays as needed Starting Pay: $26.00/hour, with potential for higher pay based on experience. Job Overview We are hiring a skilled Welder/Fitter to fabricate and weld components for overhead cranes and related equipment.
This role requires the ability to work from shop drawings, interpret welding symbols, and produce high-quality Flux-Cored Arc Welding (FCAW) welds that meet applicable AWS standards.
