Knowledge of problem solving approch-8D/QC story/Six sigma 3. knowledge on quality system-ISO-9001/IATF16949 Job Role 1.Handling line and field complaints 2. Initiating the corrective action for the line complaint 3. Analysis of field complaint and leading projects to reduce the field complaint 4. Daily in-process rejection review , analysis and action initiation 5. Period interaction with customer for issue closed and technical support 6.Identify the proactive improvement projects to prevent the customer complaints 7.Warranty cost reduction 8. Direct intection with OEM
