• Quality Build store autonomy in handling quality cases to have coherent reply / service to customers Manage stock quality alerts to ensure sellable stocks delivery to store promptly Make consistent good decision on quality issues, analysis and give suggestions regularly to Central Quality Team for product quality improvements. Product Quality Improvement Make effective arrangement for quality alert or stock control in coordination with Central, stores, Supplied Chain & Logistic teams to repair and return stocks to sellable efficiently. Analysis and follow up KPI. Validate defective returns and make arrangement to put them back to sellable stocks, VAP if applicable. Consolidate repair info for quality improvement and to share with Repair team product corrective actions / modifications updates. Manage using test for product improvement through using experience under valid controlled condition or environment. Verify authenticity with craftsmen or Central teams if needed to ensure our service done only for our genuine products. Store Supports Develop store quality knowledge for high autonomy / reactivity to client returns. Follow up special quality cases with stores together with Client Care Service & Client Service teams to provide the best solution to Clients. Make proper decision and manage by exceptional for important and sensitive cases. Develop and deliver workshops to boost the confidence and interest of store teams to maximize selling opportunity, working with Store Training & Merchandising teams. Other duties Perform tasks and support operation during team members’ leave, carry out departmental administrative jobs and ad hoc assignment / projects. Bachelor’s degree holder Minimum 5 years' experience with quality & after sales experiences Experience in retail would be a huge advantage Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin Computer literacy in PowerPoint, Word, Excel Logic thinking & Sound judgment Customer oriented & Commercial mindset Communication & interpersonal skills Time management skills Organized and detail oriented Willing & capable to travel abroad independently
