Land Surveyor

Employee owned consulting firm looking to add Land Surveyor-party chief to their growing Cedar Rapids office! Experience/ Qualifications: - 5 plus years working experience

• Experience on boundary, topographic and construction staking surveys
• Experience with electronic total station, data collectors and GPS equipment.
• Ability to interpret construction plans
• Ability to perform horizontal and vertical survey calculations
• Ability to work with design engineers, clients, contractors and the general public
• Exposure to Auto. Cad 3D
• Manage 1 and 2 man survey crews for construction staking, topographic surveys and boundary surveys
