About Company: Kundlas Consulting Group LLC is a professional consulting firm specializing in construction inspection and compliance services for public infrastructure projects. Our core services include on-site inspection of roadway, bridge, and utility construction to ensure adherence to engineering specifications, safety standards, and contract requirements.

About the Role

The Land Surveyor will perform and oversee land surveying activities supporting USACE planning, design, and construction projects. Location: Position is on-site (Location to be determined) Minimum Qualifications: Degree or technical education in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related discipline. Professional Land Surveyor license where required.

Experience with boundary, topographic, construction, and control surveys.

Preferred Qualifications

USACE experience preferred. Federal or infrastructure surveying experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform boundary, topographic, control, and construction surveys. Establish project control points and benchmarks. Prepare survey plats, maps, and reports. Support construction layout and verification. Coordinate survey data with engineering teams. Maintain survey records and field documentation. Skills: Land surveying, GPS/GNSS, total stations, AutoCAD Civil 3D, survey calculations, construction staking, mapping, and field documentation.
