Project Associate

Summary: Serving as a cornerstone within the Programs and Partnerships Department, the Project Associate is essential for the seamless coordination, execution, oversight, and documentation of the organization's initiatives. This role guarantees the prompt and successful realization of project objectives by bridging communication gaps among teams, ensuring precise record-keeping, and actively participating in evaluation and reporting cycles.

The successful applicant will demonstrate a keen eye for detail, a proactive approach, and the ability to juggle diverse responsibilities within a fast-paced setting, thereby directly advancing the organization's strategic vision and core mission.

Responsibilities

Facilitate the creation and implementation of project schedules, work plans, and activity timelines. Organize and manage meetings, stakeholder interactions, and communication channels related to projects. Monitor project advancement, flag potential risks, and assist in generating timely status reports. Draft comprehensive project reports, documentation, and updates for distribution to internal and external audiences.

Keep project files, databases, and monitoring systems current, organized, and accessible. Aid in managing partnerships by handling documentation and ensuring follow-through on collaborative efforts.

Requirements
