The position accomplishes its goals through a respectful, constructive, and energetic style, guided by the objectives and core values of the company.

Essential Functions

Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Manage CITCO customer A/R accounts to ensure that we are successfully reducing our DSO. Work with both External and Internal customers to resolve any issues with customer payments. Make daily collection calls and log the details of the call for analysis.

Attend weekly A/R meeting with CFO to review past due accounts. Post all customer payments and prepare daily cash deposit timely and accurately. Set up new customers and establish appropriate credit limits based on secure credit payment history. Monitor current customer credit worthiness based on current financial status.

Obtain all credit and tax info for entire customer base as required by all tax jurisdictions. Process daily incoming mail: Open, date stamp, and distribute.. Other duties as assigned.
