Job description

Program Specialist Overview: The Program Specialist is responsible for assuring that quality and documentation standards meet Friendship Community and State Regulations. The Program Specialist oversees a caseload of 20-30 individuals we serve here at Friendship Community to ensure that each individual's ISP (Individualized Support Plan) is not only created, but implemented, documented, and re-assessed when appropriate.
