Project Coordinator, Residential Technology

Salary range: $29.00 - $35.00 per hour. Hybrid! Holland is seeking a detail-oriented professional with strong communication skills to join our collaborative Business Technology team at our corporate office, in vibrant downtown Vancouver, Washington. The Project Coordinator, Residential Technology is responsible for supporting the Program Manager and Business Technology team in scaling the residential technology portfolio by owning the execution layer of pilots, evaluations, training, go-live activities, and ongoing program office functions.

This role supports the successful delivery of residential technology initiatives through effective coordination, communication, documentation, and execution in accordance with Holland’s Project Delivery Standards and Core Values.
